Minnesota Home Guys is a real estate solutions company based out of Minneapolis founded by Jaden Ghylin and James Kolde. We’re a family-owned company, and we run our business with family values. The owners of Minnesota Home Guys have bought and sold over 100 homes and have worked through just about every possible situation in real estate.
Our priority is helping homeowners like you find solutions for that property that you just need to get rid of — whether you’re going through a divorce, facing foreclosure, can’t seem to close the sale, or just simply need to be DONE with your house once and for all.

Jaden Ghylin - Owner & Co-founder
Jaden has been working in real estate since 2005. Jaden has a degree in Electrical Engineering and has a talent for helping people work through all sorts of difficult problems — and his passion is real estate. Jaden lives with his wife and three young children in Prior Lake, MN, just a stone’s throw away from his in-laws. He’s a born-again Christian and is actively involved in River Valley Church in Shakopee, MN. Jaden’s priority is understanding his clients’ unique situations and working together to find win-win real estate solutions that benefit his clients. In his free time he loves to hang out with his kids and ride his road bike when he can with the Great Scott Bike club. He also plays backyard boot hockey with James and does kickboxing for fitness. Favorite Bible verse is Proverb 3:5-6.

James Kolde - Owner & Co-founder
James is from the Twin Cities and has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry as well as Fire Fighting. James enjoys the challenges of renovating and updating a home, and providing solutions for the seller as well as future buyers. James spent 20 years as a part-time firefighter and spent time in Iraq and Afghanistan supporting the troops as a Civilian Fire Fighter on base. He lives in Savage, MN with his wife and daughter. James has a talent for finding fish and when he gets a moment of free time, loves to be on the water. He spends his spare time playing in a local hockey league, and snowmobiling with family and friends, and he loves to watch his daughter play hockey on her high school team.

Jan Ehrlich - Property Specialist
Jan joined the Minnesota Home Guys Team in 2017 and is originally from St. Paul, MN. She comes to us with 10 years’ experience in property management, and more recently in real estate investment. Jan spent 15 years as a Director of Youth and Family Outreach Programs, Sunday School Teacher, and Song Leader at her church before venturing into the corporate world to work as an Event and Conference Planner. She loves to meet and get to know new people and is passionate about helping others in any way she can. She knows that moving and selling a home can be one of the more stressful and challenging events in one’s life, and it’s her mission to help make this transition simple, comfortable, and even fun!
In her free time, Jan loves to be outdoors hiking, walking the lakes, gardening, and just enjoying time with family and friends.
Brad Sauer - Property Specialist
Brad joined the Minnesota Home Guys Team in 2017 but has been in real estate investment since 2014. He has a background in sales and customer service and truly enjoys meeting new people. Brad lives in Savage, MN and has been married to his beautiful wife for 25 years. Together they have two daughters, one in college and one in high school, and two dogs. In his spare time, Brad enjoys coaching his younger daughter’s softball team, spending time at the lake with family and friends in the summer, and testing out new recipes in the kitchen!
Linde Sayen - Client Relations Manager
Linde joined the Minnesota Home Guys team in 2017. She has had an interest in learning more about real estate investing for many years. She lives in Forest Lake with her adorable 5 year old daughter, who keeps her very busy when she's not at work. Linde has an engineering degree from Michigan Tech University, where she also played D2 volleyball. In her free time, she enjoys taking her daughter to fun places, visiting with friends, coaching and officiating volleyball, and traveling to visit family. She is also very active with MOPs at Faith Lutheran Church.
Kevin Havemeier - Property Specialist, North Metro
Kevin joined the Minnesota Home Guys Team in 2018 and focuses on properties in the northern suburbs. At 6’3 he is self-described as a “big guy with a big heart” and truly enjoys meeting people, hearing their stories, and feels that helping others should be a priority for everyone.
Kevin has two kids, a daughter that will be starting college in the Fall, and a son in high school. He has many passions including music, spending time with family and friends, and motivating people to be the best they can be.
