Minnesota Home Guys is a real estate solutions company based out of Minneapolis founded by Jaden Ghylin and James Kolde. We’re a family-owned company, and we run our business with family values. The owners of Minnesota Home Guys have bought and sold over 500 homes and have worked through just about every possible situation in real estate.
Our priority is helping homeowners like you find solutions for that property that you just need to get rid of — whether you’re going through a divorce, facing foreclosure, can’t seem to close the sale, or just simply need to be DONE with your house once and for all.

Minnesota Home Guys was formed through the bonds created at this backyard boot hockey rink in Savage Minnesota. Five of the original members of the Minnesota Home Guys team originally met and continue to play at this backyard rink

Luke joined the Minnesota Home Guys team in 2021. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and brings management & construction experience from working in a heavy industrial field for 10+ years. Luke also has nearly a decade of real estate experience. His motivation comes from building a meaningful business that adds real value to our customers and the local community. Luke lives in Eagan with his wife and daughter. Weekends for Luke are filled with outdoor activities and getting together with friends & family.

Carol Ann Reed
Carol Ann joined Minnesota Home Guys in the fall of 2019 but has been a real estate agent for over 15 years. And with a background in interior design and DIY renovations, she feels right at home helping buyers and sellers see the potential that exists in every home. When she is not busy renovating her own home, Carol Ann enjoys spending time with her family and creating videos for their family vlog YouTube channel.
Disposition Manager & Realtor
Paul joined the Minnesota Home Guys team in 2021. He has worked for Fortune 50 companies, and also owned and operated a small business before selling it in 2018. He decided at that time to follow a passion of his and enter the real estate industry. He has been an active agent for nearly 2 years. His greatest joy in this industry is assisting clients in realizing their real estate dreams. Paul lives in Plymouth with his wife and 3 boys. He doesn’t get much free time with 3 boys, but when he does he enjoys attending Wild or Viking games, being on the water, and getting some downtime up at the cabin with family and friends.

Bethany officially joined the team in the beginning of 2021. She is originally from North Dakota, but moved to the Twin Cities after graduating from the University of North Dakota in the spring of 2020 with a degree in Strategic Communication and a minor in Leadership. Bethany loves spending quality time with family and friends and enjoys any outdoor activity whether it’s golfing in the summer or downhill skiing in the winter. She has always had an interest in all things real estate and is excited to keep learning and continue her career in the field over the years.
