Responsibilities :

•  Ability to communicate effectively with PM, and lead regarding job responsibilities
• Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed for residential projects
• Cut, shape and install material according to measurements reducing waste
• Performing clean-outs on jobs that may be in substandard condition ie: condemned, water intrusion
• Inspect properties and conduct repairs or maintenance
• Utilize a variety of building materials to repair, replace, maintain residential projects
• Clean up job sites, remove debris, take to proper disposal locations
• Dependability regarding both job performance and attendance

Skills and Requirements :

• Perfect position for someone recently graduated in building trades with 1-2 years experience
• Troubleshooting of basic mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems
• General knowledge of building construction materials, methods, techniques
• Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (hand tools, multi-tool, drills, powered saws, rulers etc.)
• Good physical condition and endurance
• Accept direction, while also being able to work independently when necessary
• Awareness of general safety procedures in construction areas, ability to perform with diligence
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable  – daily job site changes
• Ownership of personal tools and equipment is a plus!!
• Teachable attitude, with a sense of humor and willingness to learn – a plus!

Must have cell phone to receive calls from PM, and Job Sup re: site locations/changes

Must have valid, non-restrictive driver’s license, and reliable transportation daily to/from job sites.

Responsibilities :

• Be a relationship builder, build rapport and utilize tenacious skills for client follow-up
• Pre-screened appointments through our internal sales team, obtain property photography
• Create market value analysis, and work with sales manager to solidify terms of contract
• Successfully communicate terms of cash offers to client to reach signed agreement
• Originate Authentisign purchase contracts, Agency disclosures, and  automate processes
• Perform site visits at residential properties to assess condition and rehab budget
• Continued training and development to reach quarterly revenue goals through closing leads
• Attend weekly sales meetings / Set and meet quarterly revenue goals
• Following training, create operational system to generate income within first 45 days

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year(s) sales industry/ account management with proven results sales/goals
• Active real estate license 
• Exceptionally strong interpersonal communication skills
• Confidently represent organization in unique and sometimes stressful situations
• Self-directed and ambitious
• Experience working with estimating software a plus 
• Experience/comfort operating Google Suite, CRM, Authentisign, and/or other data management systems is a must

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Be a relationship builder, build rapport and utilize tenacious customer service skills 
• Continued training and development to reach quarterly and weekly goals/hit target conversion rates 
• Manage inbound leads answering questions regarding our company’s services for the purpose of securing sales appointments for the Outside Sales Agents with a high standard of customer service 
• Secure appointments for Outside Sales Agents from incoming calls (this is a phone heavy position) 
• Record appointment information, and upload to CRM system for Outside Sales Agents 
• Lead follow-up including update status in CRM system, with goal of securing appointment 
• Maintain ongoing CRM ownership, updating, tracking leads, and market sourcing 
• Create optimal lead experience, understanding goals and objectives  

QUALIFICATIONS 

•  1+ year(s) in the sales industry 
• Do you have exceptional interpersonal communication skills? 
• Is effective time-management and reaching your potential a priority? 
• Are you self-motivated, and able to work independently without much direction? 
• Google Suite, various CRM applications *Podio platform a plus, but not required
