- Take measurements and calculate material needs for residential projects.
- Cut, shape, and install materials accurately while minimizing waste.
- Perform clean-outs on properties that may be in poor or distressed condition.
- Inspect properties and complete repairs or maintenance work as needed.
- Use a variety of materials and tools to repair, replace, and maintain residential properties.
- Clean up job sites, remove debris, and transport materials to proper disposal locations.
- Maintain dependable performance and attendance.
Skills and Requirements
- Good fit for someone recently graduated in building trades with 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge in mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- General understanding of construction methods, materials, and repair techniques.
- Comfort using hand tools, drills, saws, measuring tools, and similar equipment.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
