With over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience across Financial Services, Energy, Construction, and Real Estate, Alberto brings innovative problem-solving and a passion for helping homeowners in San Antonio. When he’s not crafting win-win solutions for sellers, you’ll find Alberto hiking outdoors with his wife Magda or traveling with his family.
James Kolde – Owner & Co-founder
A proud Minnesotan with roots in the Twin Cities, James brings 20+ years of construction expertise and a background as a firefighter, both locally and abroad. James loves the challenge of transforming properties and making the selling process smooth for San Antonio homeowners. He’s still a big Minnesota Wild fan and enjoys pickleball and traveling with his wife, Jen.
David Cantú – Owner & Co-founder
David is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 800 successful home sales under his belt. Known for his approachable style and local knowledge, David is passionate about guiding sellers through the process and finding the best solution for every situation. A family man and sports enthusiast, David enjoys cheering on the San Antonio Spurs and spending time with his wife Andrea and their two kids.
Loriana “Lori” Cisneros – Buying Manager

As a devoted mother of five and a woman of strong faith, Lori approaches every transaction with compassion, expertise, and a heart for service.
